Participants are given the opportunity to register for the congress via the following link:
Online Registration ESM2010. Please follow the instructions carefully. Upon submitting the Registration form, you will receive the invoice indicating details on the registration fee payment.

What is included?
The registration fee for participants includes admission to all parts of the congress, congress bag, Welcome reception on Bled Castle with dinner, National evening with dinner and trip to Postojna cave with dinner.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes Welcome reception on Bled Castle with dinner, National evening with dinner and trip to Postojna cave with dinner.
Excursions around Slovenia for accompanying persons will be organized by hotel Golf.

Payment of fees
All fees for congress registration should be paid in Euro (€), clearly stating the participant's name and address. Upon submitting the Registration form, you will receive the invoice indicating details on the registration fee payment.

VISA Application material
For receiving VISA participants have to fill the Letter of guarantee papers (for receiving papers please contact Mrs. Irena Dolhar). Visa application material costs are 84€. Participants, who will apply for visa, will receive invoice for payment of visa costs. It is not possible to pay with credit card only by bank transfer.

On-site registrations will be accepted. However, you cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents. Please arrive early if you wish to register on-site.
