ESM 2010 transportation

Airport transfer to/from Bled (hotel):

The organizers have engaged the transportation services of the company
Eminenta Group, represented by Mr Domen Grah.

Possible forms of transfer from/to Ljubljana Airport are (price – one way, VAT included):
     -  Shuttle bus (15 € / person, max. waiting time of 1 hour)
     -  Private transfer (50 € / car, max. 3 persons / car)

Arrival and departure transfers by shuttle bus service are available on the following days:
     -  Arrival: 2 / 3 / 4 July 2010
     -  Departure: 7 / 8 July 2010

Private transfers are available every day.

Payment for transfers: Upon receipt of the Eminenta Group invoice, transfer payment in € may be made by:
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro) on site,
- Cash payment on site, or
- Bank transfer (for details please contact Mr Grah).

As soon as the completed Online transfer order form is received, reservations will be made and confirmation will be sent via E-mail. Cancellations or alterations of transfers may be made with no charge by notifying Mr Grah by E-mail no latter than June 25^th 2010.

By car

You can reach Slovenia by car via major expressways from Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia (distances are quoted from Ljubljana). Toll stickers (vignettes) are mandatory for Slovenian motorways, expressways and the Ljubljana bypass. The half-year vignete costs 35 €. Vignettes can be purchased at petrol stations in Slovenia and the neighbouring countries, post offices across Slovenia and some newsstands. Speed limit for cars in urban areas is 50 km/h, 90 km/h on regional roads, 100 km/h on main highways and 130 km/h on expressways. Use of dimmed lights and safety belts is obligatory.

GETTING TO BLED FROM THE LJUBLJANA AIRPORT

The distance from Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (Internet: http://www.lju-airport.si/) to Bled is 35 km. From the airport, you can get to Bled:

- By car (expressway A2 towards Jesenice - exit and continue on the road 209 towards
Bled),
- By taxi (taxis are parked in front of the terminal, start-up fee is 2.00 €,

When you arrive to Bled, pass the Krim Hotel on your right and then turn left after 200 m, pass the Kompas Hotel to reach Sava Hotels & Resorts Bled with the Golf Hotel, where the congress will be held.
